AML Ready ("we", "us") is a free, general-information self-assessment tool operated by ConstructTrackPro. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used. By using this site you agree to this policy.
1. The self-assessment runs in your browser
The answers you select in the self-assessment tool are processed entirely in your own browser to generate your result. We do not send, store, or have access to your assessment answers on a server. If you share your result link, your answers are encoded only in that URL, which you control.
2. Email sign-ups
If you choose to enter your email address to receive your checklist or updates, it is collected and stored by our email provider, EmailOctopus, on our behalf. We use it to send you the material you requested and occasional updates about AML/CTF guidance. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See the EmailOctopus privacy policy.
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed and approximate location). This helps us improve the tool. Analytics data is aggregated and we enable IP anonymisation. See Google's privacy policy.
4. Advertising
We display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings or learn more at aboutads.info.
5. Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click them and take an action (such as signing up to a third-party service), we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are marked as "Sponsored" where they appear. This never affects your assessment result.
6. Cookies
Cookies are used by the third-party services above (Google Analytics and AdSense). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. The core self-assessment works without these cookies.
7. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to, or correction of, any personal information we hold about you (which is limited to email sign-ups). Contact us at support@constructtrackpro.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
